The North East of Italy would not be such without the jumble of warehouses that between the eighties and nineties have occupied the territory, fostering economic growth without equal.
The Shed has become in a short time, the molecular TEMPLE of capitalism.
But what are the warehouses? A new type? A new urban form? A new landscape?
Today, after the rapid processes of globalization and outsourcing, with the world crisis of 2008 most of this heritage has been abandoned.
What do these skeletons kept alive only as unused capital tied to the financial guarantee business?
Since the case of former Elba in Bassano del Grappa, the workshop seeks to develop, through devices POP-UP, a strategy to rethink that large shed 10m x 10m and 560 km long that twists into the North East.
